We build training programs that give you the most tailored approach possible to suit your needs and goals, we will work with you to ensure we best utilise the time and resources you have available to you to enable you to progress in the fastest and most effective way possible
This option gives you the bootcamp training vibe whilst in the comfort of your own home, we program 4 workouts per week all of which can be completed with in a 30 minute training window with nothing other than a Kettlebell or Dumbbell.
Across each week we get enough Strength and Conditioning stimulus to give you every opportunity to become leaner, stronger and sexier
My Kettlebell only E-Book programs have been designed using tried and tested workouts, forged through over a decade of Kettlebell training to bring you the best possible workout program for minimal kit training.
All of these programs have been designed to be used with limited kit, in limited space whilst still give you the biggest bang for your buck possible.
