When using this program if you feel light headed or dizzy you should stop immediately, if you feel any pain or if you become short of breath you should stop immediately.
You should listen to your body at all times and never push yourself beyond your limitations, when lifting weights above your head, ensure you are in control of the weight at all times and have space to safely discard of the weight if needed, if you have a low ceiling do not perform overhead movements. Ensure you have safe footwear and the floor around you is clear to avoid slips or trips during these workouts.
