The Kettlebell Club is an online 4 week rolling program designed by NASM personal trainer Luke Downing, These are all kettlebell workouts which requires nothing but a single kettlebell and some space to sling it in.
Each workout takes approximately 30-45 minutes and can be completed at a time to suit you.
When joining you will be added in to a private group where all workouts can be accessed.
There are 4 workouts per week which progress over the 4 week program, Each workout has a full video library showcasing all movements needed for that particular session.
Across the 4 weeks you will move through 4 stages from high volume bodyweight and low skill Kettlebell movements, up to all action complex Kettlebell slinging and swinging.
